Our most elaborate itinerary to date? A couple that stopped at six different hotels in a 3 week period. They needed private SUV transportation, sometimes private flights, private boats, and were interested in doing birding, golf and whitewater rafting. We worked with them over 2 months to fine tune their itinerary and have them be comfortable with our options including giving them additional information on activities and hotels.
